Noura S. Alturki

Board Member

Noura Alturki is Vice President of Nesma, a family business with over 40 years of robust experience across multiple sectors in Saudi Arabia, with a presence in the UAE, Egypt, and Turkey.


A dynamic and seasoned leader, she is involved in corporate governance as a member of numerous subsidiary boards and board committees. She has participated in the boards of public organizations to promote transparency and accountability, serving as Vice President of the Saudi Shooting Federation from 2018 to 2021. 


She is devoted to inspiring workplaces that embody excellence, innovation, diversity, respect, and impact.


Passionate about diversity & inclusion in the workplace, she spearheaded Namat, a social enterprise Nesma established that integrates women outside urban centers into the national economy and redefines the potential of ‘Made in KSA.’ She has also participated in the International Labor Conference, where 2012, she led the discussion on youth employment, and in previous years joined the drafting committees for United Nations recommendations and standards regarding gender equality and global rights for domestic workers.


Alturki holds a BA in Environmental Studies from Brown University and a Master of Science in Nature, Society, and Environmental Policy from the University of Oxford. She has a Diploma in Company Direction from the UK Institute of Directors.


Outside of work, she loves to travel abroad and spend time with her children and family.
