Nesma & Partners Completes Acquisition of Kent, a Leading Global Engineering and Project Management Firm in the Energy Sector

[Khobar, January 31, 2024] - Nesma & Partners Contracting Company is pleased to announce the successful completion of its acquisition of Kent, a renowned global leader in engineering and project management within the energy sector. This strategic move aligns with Nesma & Partners' growth strategy and positions the company for even greater success in the years ahead.

No changes will be made to Kent's structure or core service offerings. However, changes will be made to Kent's Board of Directors to replace old shareholders' representatives with new Non-Executive subject matter experts, enhancing collaboration further and driving alignment between both organizations. These changes will be announced at a later stage. Nevertheless, it is worth noting that Samer Abdul Samad, President & CEO of Nesma & Partners, will be joining Kent’s Board of directors and that Malcolm Fallen has agreed to continue as the Chairman of the Board.
